Employees and their dependents receive up to $1,500 each calendar year for diagnostic, preventive, basic, restorative, and prosthodontic services.

If you have medical insurance with another provider, the district provides up to $150 a month to help you pay for it.

Classified employees receive company-paid disability insurance to protect you from disability, injury, or sickness. Certificated employees can opt in for a small monthly cost.

The district offers 15 paid holidays per year, up to 12 days of sick leave per year, which can be carried over into the next fiscal year, and paid vacation for Classified and Management positions.

Classified and certificated employees are automatically enrolled into our retirement programs, which include a matching contribution. We also offer additional retirement savings including tax-sheltered annuities, 403(b), 457(b), or Roth options.

Multiple child-care programs are available in our community for before-school and after school, through NVUSD Adult School, Napa County of Education or local Boys & Girls Clubs after-school programs.
