We’re All About Your Professional Development

We provide employees with two paid professional development days each school year when students are not on campus. These days are dedicated to helping you expand your skills, learn new tools, and explore fresh approaches. Employees help shape the content, and colleagues often serve as instructors. Topics include:

  • Technical skills enhancement

  • New software platform training

  • Restorative practices
